The UK Valve for Life initiative aims to improve and expand access to life-saving and life-changing minimally invasive ‘key-hole’ therapies for heart valve disease across the National Health Service.

If you're over 50 you are eligible for a free heart check carried out by NHS staff at Battersea Park on International Women's day.

There's no need to book, simply turn up on the day before 3pm  for your chance to be seen.

Transcatheter Mitral UK & Ireland Meeting 

Following the success of previous editions and now in its fourth year, it is a pleasure to invite you to attend on Friday 15 March 2024 alongside Valve for Life's Sam Dawkins and Jonathan Byrne.

The one-day meeting will consider all aspects of transcatheter mitral intervention, including a transcatheter mitral valve edge-to-edge repair live case, TEER tips and tricks, a concomitant mitral and tricuspid case-in-a-box and a look at the role of minimally invasive surgery and transcatheter valve replacement.
